At this trying time, Null Audio and AAW is committed to helping our partners, customers and employees to get past this COVID-19 crisis hand in hand.

Null Audio's Singapore production facility and office will be temporarily closed for circuit break measure until 4th May or otherwise notified. On our online store will remain operational and our staff will continue to work from home to fulfill your cable & IEM orders. There will be no store pick up allowed during the quarantine period. For customers who had already chosen store pick up before April 6th, we will ship your order out FOC with traceable shipping.

On the other hand, AAW's lab has returned to full operation after a 6-week quarantine. Despite the looming market forecast, both Null Audio and AAW will pledge to a 'no lay-off' policy this year and will continue to pay all our staff their full wages, as if we were unaffected.

We have already donated hundreds of protective face masks to Japan and Korea out of our inventory stash in March and we will continue to do so in the coming weeks to countries more severely affected. Stay safe and healthy everyone!
